· Daily Schedule: (Monday -Friday) On Monday July 11th, please arrive 15 minutes before the start of camp and the rest of the week 5 minutes before camp.
· Dismissals: Camp reserves the right to dismiss any camper for misconduct.
· Equipment: Required items for all campers: sneakers, soccer cleats, shin guards, soccer ball, large water jug, mask (store the mask in a backpack to be worn if necessary).
· Enrollment: Application must be completed along with full payment. If the camper subsequently cancels an application prior to the start of camp, a $100.00 portion of the tuition shall be non-refundable. There are no prorating or credits given for missed days.
· Grouping: Campers are grouped according to age and ability.
· Lunch: Campers must bring packed lunch every day. Please fill the allergy section if your child has any medical conditions.
· Medical: The online registration process includes filling out a medical form which must be completed before camp opening. The camp will not be responsible for administering prescribed medication.
· Publicity: Camp reserves the right to use individual or group pictures taken at camp for publicity purposes.
· Severe Weather: In case of severe weather (e.g., heavy rain, thunderstorms) which necessitates the cancellation of the camp date, there will not be a make-up day. If there is a second day that is canceled during the same week, we will make every effort to make up that second day as soon as possible. No refunds or credit will be offered if the session cannot be made up.
